We want you to love your Cynthia Rowley purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print the return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
